Trouble in the Council
GOVERNANCE in any state is the sum total of the Legislature, Executive, and the Judiciary. This doctrine appears to have been thrown to the wind at the Oshimili South local government with its headquarters in Asaba, Delta State sequel to the inability of the council, chairman Hon. Chucks Obusum, to have a robust relationship with his vice on one hand and the councillors on the other hand, a development that insiders say is now causing tension in the council.
