The Mother of the Nation, First Lady, Dame Dr Mrs Patience Jonathan, gathered the Who is Who in Nigeria to bade farewell to her mother in a grand-style thus shaking Okirika Island to its foundation.
Okirika a famous port town in Rivers State in South-South Nigeria played host to over 30,000 Nigerians on Thursday 31, October to November 1, 2013, and the foundation of the little Island shook to its root. At a point, elder brother to Dame Dr Patience Jonathan, Nigeria First lady and mother of the nation thought Okirika would sink.Aside from the huge crowd, vehicular movement into Okirika was over a thousand.
