Nigerian Shippers’ Council Management Mourns Justice Kafarati
The Board, Management and Staff of the Nigerian Shippers’ Council, in a statement made available to The South South International, expressed sadness over the death of the former Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Hon. Justice Abdul Kafarati.

Hassan Bello, Executive Secretary/CEO Nigerian Shippers’ Council in his message of condolences noted that
Justice Kafarati as Chairman of the International Maritime Seminar for Judges Organizing Committee, a flagship programme of the Council, brought energy, enthusiasm and dynamism to the Seminar series for which Nigerian Shippers’ Council remains indebted to him.
Furthermore, Bello noted that the Nigerian Shippers’ Council will particularly miss the late Justice Kafarsti’s wise counsel, depth of humility and vast network of Judicial connection which greatly lessened the Council’s burdened, and broaden the impact of the seminar series. Accordingly, the
Nigerian Shippers’ Council’s boss stated that many people would miss the late Justice Kafarati for his erudite Judicial scholarship while commiserating with the late Justice’s family, friends, the Judiciary and the country for the loss.
