Former Management of NPA hid N11.23 billion of government’s Funds in 3 Banks

Last week the bubble bust at the Nigerian Ports Authority
when the new management uncovered a fraud totalling N11.23 billion at the agency. The magazine’s findings revealed that the new Managing Director, Hadiza Bala Usman, and her executive directors on assumption of duties on July 18 started to look through the agency books. It was in the course of this that transactions amounting to N11.23 billion and suspected to be fraudulent were uncovered.
