Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor and I Were Not Given N7 Billion to Share to Pastors
IN the last administration you played a critical role in mobilising Christian leaders to pray for the country. All of a sudden nobody seems to hear from you anymore. Is it that the country does not need prayers anymore?
Let me correct that wrong impression. It is not true that we are no more working. I have visited 28 states of the federation from the time the new president got elected till now. The essence of the visit is to sensitize the Christians, to create awareness, to pray for the nation and using the commission for moral change. So far the governors that I have met are quite happy and encouraged that we are there. We have not ceased to pray for Nigeria. When I met Mr. President I told him that I must continue to pray for him as a man of God. I assure you that I owe him a duty to pray for him. Because his success is the success of Nigeria. We will continue to pray for him.
